Submit the property address and your contact details at /list-your-property. We verify that you control the property before anything is published.
A BlueBeacon representative contacts you within 24 hours to confirm the details, walk through what each package includes, and arrange payment. You do not build the listing yourself — we put it together with you, and you approve it before it goes live.
There is one service: a Managed Advertising Package, charged once for a 180-day term. Harbor is $149 per week advertised, Beacon $299 and Lighthouse $499, so what you pay depends on how much time you advertise. It is not a subscription, does not auto-renew, and does not bill again.
Once the listing is live, travelers submit offers, which you accept or decline. If you accept, you arrange the stay and the payment with the traveler directly.
BlueBeacon charges you for advertising and platform access, and never asks for banking details, government ID or tax forms.
