BlueBeacon sells one thing: a Managed Advertising Package. There are three levels, and they differ in how much advertising visibility you buy — not in how long the service runs.
THE THREE PACKAGES Harbor — $149 per week advertised. A strong start for greater visibility. Beacon — $299 per week advertised. Expanded exposure designed to reach further. Lighthouse — $499 per week advertised. Our highest level of advertising visibility.
All three cover ONE property listing for a 180-day service period. The price is charged for each week of time you advertise: three weeks on Harbor is $447. You pay that once, upfront.
IT IS NOT A SUBSCRIPTION You pay once. It does NOT auto-renew, it does not bill again, and there is nothing to cancel later to stop a charge. BlueBeacon operates no recurring or subscription billing of any kind.
WHAT WE DO DURING THE 180 DAYS We build and publish your listing, keep it running on the platform, advertise it at the level you bought, market BlueBeacon itself to bring the public to participating listings, give you a dashboard showing views and offers, and pass every inquiry and offer straight to you.
WHEN IT STARTS Advertising begins once you have returned the signed agreement and we have activated your account. The 180 days run from the day your listing is published.
IF NOTHING COMES OF IT If no acceptable offer arrives during the 180 days, ask us within 10 days of the term ending and we will run a second 180-day period at no cost.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO We advertise, and nothing more. Travelers submit offers; you accept or decline. If you accept, you arrange the stay and the payment with the traveler directly. BlueBeacon never takes a percentage of what you receive and never handles that money.
