Advertising
- Becoming a BlueBeacon member Submit the property address and your contact details. A representative follows up, builds the listing with you, and confirms the package.
- Damage, deposits and protecting yourself BlueBeacon provides no damage cover or insurance. You set your own deposit and terms with each guest.
- Listing requirements Smoke + CO detectors, fire extinguisher, basic first aid, and listing-quality photos. We help with the rest.
Basics
- What BlueBeacon does, and what it does not We advertise vacation properties. We do not take reservations, collect payment for a stay, or hold anyone's money.
- What the Managed Advertising Package includes One payment, charged once. Harbor $149, Beacon $299 or Lighthouse $499 for each week of time you advertise, across a 180-day term.
