Owner resources

BlueBeacon provides no damage cover or insurance. You set your own deposit and terms with each guest.
Smoke + CO detectors, fire extinguisher, basic first aid, and listing-quality photos. We help with the rest.
We advertise vacation properties. We do not take reservations, collect payment for a stay, or hold anyone's money.
One service, one payment. Harbor $1,495, Beacon $2,995 or Lighthouse $4,995 — each covering a 180-day advertising term.
Guests pay you directly. BlueBeacon advertises your listing and never handles rental money.
Landscape images at least 1600px wide reproduce well on every surface, including the destination cards. The first photo is the one the public sees in search, so lead with the room that sells the place.
Shoot in daylight, keep the frame level, and show the space rather than the detail — close-ups belong further down the set.
An offer on your listing lapses exactly 24 hours after it was submitted. If you take no action it moves to EXPIRED automatically and the buyer is free to look elsewhere.
Expired offers stay on your dashboard with the amount, time and IP intact, so you keep the record.
